Finneytown Secondary Campus / Finneytown Local School District
Successful candidate will provide specially designed instruction through co-planning and co-serving for students in grades 6-12 in an inclusive learning environment at our Secondary Campus.
Potential candidates should possess the following:

❏ Devotion to our House System as an actively engaged mentor to a group of students at the start of each day
❏ Appetite for teammates who seek and embrace constructive criticism through regular peer-to-peer classroom observations, teacher-based team meetings, and participation in our professional learning communities
❏ Aspiration to be empowered and supported as a leader within a culture where all community members are valued as leaders
❏ Hunger for a collective mindset that defaults to “yes” over “no” and a framework for thinking that centers on “What’s possible?” instead of “What’s wrong?”
Current, appropriate Ohio Teaching License is required.
Satisfactory BCI and FBI background checks are required.
Current Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) certification is preferred.
Experience is preferred.
Salary range will be in accordance with the Negotiated Master Contract.
