A minimum of masters degree or higher
must have a current Ohio certificate/license to serve as a secondary school principal
Preferred that the Applicant have at least 5 years of exemplary teaching and/or administrative experience
Evidence of strong instructional leadership skills in the areas of curriculum and formative assessment
Strong team management and communication skills
Salary/Benefits: Salary based on training and experience according to the established salary schedule. Benefits retirement in keeping with employers’s policy.
