High School Intervention Specialist with a co-taught focus

Clermont Northeastern High School

Clermont Northeastern High School is in need of an Intervention Specialist for the 2023-24 school year.  Candidates must be certified as a K-12 Mild/Moderate Intervention Specialist.

CNE High School believes all students learn best when they are included in the general education setting.  Our instructional model focuses on general education teachers and intervention specialists co-teaching together.  This year our co-teaching partners received 4 days of training from a nationally recognized expert in co-teaching.  We anticipate offering the same training again next school year.  The person hired for this position would be included in the training.

Clermont Northeastern High School is also in the process of becoming a model site for how literacy can be incorporated into all classrooms thanks to a substantial grant from the Ohio Department of Education. This has allowed us to provide high-quality professional development and coaching to our teachers.
