Currently seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for our Mason Office to work with Students on the Autism Spectrum.

Job Type:  Part-Time/Contract

Hours Between:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Range:  $65-80 per hour.  

Job Duties:

• Implement student’s Physical Therapy IEP goals and objectives
• Track progress on IEP goals and objectives
• Report progress on IEP goals and objectives one time per quarter
• Collaborate with other professionals on the team
• Submit present level and a new IEP goal with objectives once per year
• Submit an ETR Part 1 Form every 3 years
• Type session note after each visit
• Work with students in their homes and in our Mason Office
