Qualifications:

Proper Ohio Department of Education credentialing is required as well as a valid certificate for Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, First Aid, CPR, COVID-19 for Coaches & Administrators, Lindsay’s Law and a valid Pupil Activity Permit.

Interest in addressing the needs in an urban education environment is important.

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Develop practices/games plans, manage entire 7-12 program, analyze teams strengths and weaknesses, maintain records regarding team performances, track players academics, communicate with all stakeholders, report all issues to the immediate supervisor. 

Special knowledge and/or skills: 5 years of varsity high school head coaching and/or college experience, demonstrate the ability to lead the team into the post-season, and a successful playoff experience.
