Norwood City Schools has an opening for Behavioral Health and Wellness Coordinator. With the goal of reducing barriers to learning, this position assists in improving access and availability of evidence-based prevention, behavioral health promotion and early intervention practices with school-based and community-wise strategies that meet the needs of our children, youth and families. Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist (OCPS) Prevention Credential preferred but willingness to obtain while on the job is acceptable. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a social service related field with a master’s plus 8-10 years experience with community services, supervision and grant writing-management skills preferred.
