School Office Assistant

Position Summary
The School Office Assistant ensure ongoing support of the School Office in maintaining a safe, smooth and steady operation of the school.

Job Goals
1. Manage incoming and outgoing communication involving a broad group of constituents with urgency, professionalis, diplomacy and tact. 
2. Coordinate, manage and support numerous special events. 
3. Serve as primary point o contact for faculty, staff, parents/guardians and students to provide guidance support and direction as needed. 
4. Work collaboratively with other members of the School Office in order to maintain a safe, smooth and steady operation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing in a busy office in human services, non-profit or school setting. 
Demonstrated balancing priorities, exercising good judgement.
Embraces multi-cultural thinking and appreciates diverse perspectives.

Full-time, 12 months per year
